Good location in center of city. Comfortable beds. No hairdryer in room. No safety box in room. No possibility to open window in hotel room and climate control didn’t seem to work. it was a little bit too warm in the room (summer temperature outside). Hotel offered parking at 100 SEK/day although you can park across the street for 20 SEK/day (free parking from 18.00-08.00). Scrambled eggs made of egg powder instead of fresh eggs.

Väldigt lyhört på rummet!! Harrys ligger precis nedanför och det var väldigt svårt att sova. Tycker verkligen det är något som borde framkomma. Inte kul att boka hotell och sen få som svar att ”det brukar lugna sig vid tio”. Visst blev det lite tystare men inte alls tyst så man kunde sova. Alla som sover på hotell vill inte vara uppe sent.

POSITIVT: + God frukost + Bra hotellrestaurang (Harrys) + Goda drinkar i Roof Top baren + Bra städning NEGATIVT: - Bullrigt/hög ljudnivå i matsalen Ljudnivån i matsalen var påfrestande hög, vilket gjorde det svårt att njuta av måltiderna i lugn och ro. Vi tror att ljudnivån skulle kunna reduceras betydligt med en heltäckningsmatta som kan absorbera en del av ljudet. - Oengagerad personal i receptionen Tyvärr lämnade receptionens personal mycket att önska när det gällde service och problemlösning. Ett konkret exempel var när vi bokade en taxi genom receptionen med god framförhållning, men när taxin inte anlände i tid, var receptionisten ovillig att ta ansvar eller göra en extra ansträngning för att lösa problemet. Detta resulterade nästan i att vi missade en viktig bordsbokning på Villa Strandvägen. Det saknades både initiativförmåga att lösa problemet från personalens sida, exempelvis att försöka boka taxi via ett annat bolag istället. Vi fick heller ingen ursäkt. - Stängd juicebar Juicebaren var stängd trots att öppettiderna visade att den skulle vara öppen. Det verkade som om personalen hade gått tidigare på grund av det fina vädret, vilket vi upplevde som nonchalant och oprofessionellt. SAMMANFATTNING: Sammantaget hade vi en trevlig vistelse. Dock behöver hotellets personal en ordentlig utbildning i kundbemötande och service för att förbättra helhetsintrycket för att göra det möjligt att kunna rekommendera hotellet.

Nice but the air in the room was not the best
Nice place to stay and good service. But the air in the room was very dry and still - and the windows couldn't be opened and the air condition not to be regulated below 21.5 degree
