Nice place to stay
This place was perfect for 3 adults attending a concert at the toyota amphitheater. About a 20 minute drive to the concert. The rental was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but nice. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy when we arrived in the dark of night, but turned out to be perfectly fine. The off street parking was great. Had an issue with a smoke detector battery, but it waa resolved ASAP. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay
This was our first time in a VRBO and I was a little nervous. Our host made the process really easy and the place was so clean that fear was put at ease. One thing I didn't see listed is that there are 2 gated parking spaces which is a really nice addition. We stayed for a Toyota amphitheater concert and it was a great location for that. All in all we really enjoyed the stay.

We left the place a day early and will not be back. We were not impressed especially with the fact the we were spied on, the beds were completely horrid to sleep on, there were dust bunnies the size of my Boston terriers, the neighborhood was less than desirable, and the surrounding noises were unbearable.
