Dirty and Infested
This was the worst experience ever! The home was dirty, dusty and infested with spiders and mosquitoes. The host did clean nor prepare the house before check in. We had to wait 6 hours after check in time (9p) on the day of arrival. Even still the home was dusty, floors were dirty, spider webs were everywhere. There was only a table for 4 people to dine, seating in the living area for only 5. The washing machine and microwave was inoperable. There was pet hair/dander everywhere. The host admitted that the home needed a deep clean but failed to do so. The host does not post any photos of the home because it is not as described. There is no lake view. It’s a mosquito infested mud hole in the back yard. There is no patio with outdoor grill. It’s home to a number of stray cats. The wi-fi consists of a 5G hot spot for the entire house. The host made promises to bring additional dining and microwave. It never showed up. So we were left with eating in our laps. All of the guests incurred spider and mosquitoes bites and allergic reactions to the home’s dirty bug infested environment.
