This was my first time staying at The Buxton. I wish I had tried it before. It was quiet, well lit, and very comfortable. The staff always asked if everything was good or if you needed anything! I would stay there again when in the area!!

Room 9 definitely lives up to its ghostly reputation. The ghost cat pounced on us. The room filled with the smell of gardenias, and our EMF detector would get set off immediately. It was a great night!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay than the Buxton Inn. Our room was perfect with amazing surprising details! The history of the place was just as amazing (Abraham Lincoln to Yo Yo Ma have stayed there). We only wish we had time to stay longer. The town of Granville is so quaint and lovely with walking, shops and a farmers market. We will definitely be back ā˜ŗļø

What a beautiful place. Step back into history. When was the last time you stayed in a hotel in U.S. where you got a real key with a heavy key chain? Staff was very helpful. Setting is in a quaint town square with very walkable restaurants. Will stay again
