Large house with lake access

The house is located in Zehdenick, OT Marienthal and is nestled in a private residential and cottage colony on the Great Wentowsee. The settlement has the Great Wentowsee a private shore area, beach and jetty. From the building to the lake there are approximately 80 m. It is generally very quiet.
The house itself is fairly complete and mostly refurnished. It has living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and gallery, outdoor terrace and garden.
The house is very suitable for 4 - 6 people, which also sleeps up to 8 people are available.
Even a DSL connection is available.

It is possible (5m x 2.30m size boat) provide for the period of their stay a web space for a small boat. The Wentowsee itself is about 13 km long and has connection to the Havel. The lake is an excellent fishing waters.

Nice house and garden
We visited with our son and his family. Everything was lovely and the caretaker was very helpful. My only word of warning would be that the staircase in the house is not suitable for young children as they are unusually steep. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property

Das haus war toll da gibt es nix zu bemängeln.aberdie bilder vom haus ließen darauf schließen das es einen eigenen seezugang gibt das ist nicht so Man muss erstmal laufen und mit rollator oder rollstuhl sehr schlecht da grosse Kiesel auf den wegen sind.und wenn man den weg geschafft hat kommen die bösen nachbarn und fragen was man den hier mache.wir hatten diesen urlaub als angelurlaub gebucht was auf dieser anlage überhaupt nicht erwünscht ist und erst nach 20 uhr möglich wäre naja wird das letzte mal gewesen sein.es müssten einige bilder und Angaben geäändert wetden in der Beschreibung.

Langes Familienwochende im Juni
Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr schönen lage. Ein netter und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die nutzung eines Kanus sowie eines kleinen Ruderboot mit Außenmotor wurde uns auch ermöglicht. Im Haus selber war alles Vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren rundum Zufrieden und würden es aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu 7. in der Unterkunft, es hätte allerdings noch Platz für mehr gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr hell und geräumig und super ausgestattet. Wir haben auch den Kamin benutzt, bei dem uns der Vermieter auch noch mit einem Feuerzeug ausgeholfen hat. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation super. Die Umgebung ist super schön und das Highlight war die verschmuste Katze aus der Nachbarschaft. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in Seenähe
Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus in Marienthal, in abwechslungsreicher Natur mit Wandern und gemütlichen Spieleabenden verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles war da, was wir brauchten (auch Kaffee, Filtertüten, Spültapps Gewürze und sehr viel Geschirr!). Einzig gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Treppe in Obergeschoss.

Eine Schöne Zeit
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schön eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Das Haus und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht, dass unser Garten nicht direkt zum See führte. Die Fotos im Inserat waren vielleicht nicht eindeutig genug, was die Lage des Grundstücks betraf, aber das wäre kein Grund nicht wiederzukommen.

Sehr sauberes Haus in wunderschöner Lage
Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Gelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und nur unweit vom Wasser , konnten wir drei sehr entspannte Tage verbringen. Der Vermieter war hilfsbereit und hat geholfen wo er konnte und auch von der Sauberkeit des Hauses gab es keine Beanstandungen. Daumen hoch und sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.
