Together with the areas of Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang-Fieberbrunn, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many skiing and snowboarding opportunities. With just 1 ski pass, you have more than 400 kilometres of pistes at your disposal! The ski bus to the Schmittenhöhebahn or Sonnalmbahn and also to the centre is 100 metres from the chalet. The chalet is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun is about 10 km away. The glacier in Kaprun ensures that you can ski almost all year round. The ideal place for a skiing holiday with family or with a group of friends!

In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking and mountain bike tours. Lake Zell lends itself to every kind of water sport; sailing, rowing, canoeing and water-skiing are possible here. Wonderful on a summer day when you are looking to cool down! A breathtaking car or motorbike ride along the Großglocknerstraße is also well worth it! A 10-minute drive from the chalet is a beautiful golf course in the Schüttdorf district on the southern shore of the Zellersee.
