Haus Imperial is Ideally located less than 5 minutes on foot from the Bahnhofstrasse, the village, the train station and the Sunnegga and Gornergrat departure stations as well as the bus for the Matterhorn Express with access to the whole ski area as well as direct access to Cervinia, Italy.

The apartment is an 85m" two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with twin beds in each bedroom and the possibility to add an additional foldout bed in one of the bedrooms. There is real wood parquet throughout and an outstanding view of the Matterhorn from the living room, the south balcony, and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is a large sit-in kitchen with a second balcony, and a full bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Great zermatt location
The condo is within easy walking distance to the train stations and grocery stores. A great view of the Matterhorn is visible from several rooms of the condo. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable, We will definitely rent this condo for our next trip to Zermatt.

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4. The apartment was very clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and nice balconies. The view of the Matterhorn from the living room and one of the bedrooms was an amazing treat. The location of the apartment is just a few minutes walk from the train station in a quiet part of town that is close to the main street. There are two grocery stores each less than a five minute walk from the apartment. Communication with Nicki was so easy. She made check in and check out a breeze, and was very accommodating and responsive Our family will definitely stay here on our next trip to Zermatt. Highly recommend!

The perfect apartment!!
My family of two adults and 2 kids (16 and 13) had the perfect stay at the apartment. The apartment is located a short 5 minute walk from the Zermatt train station. The Main Street in town is also a 5 minute walk. The stations for the cable cars/trains to Matterhorn and Gornergrat are also within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near the apartment. The building is located in a beautiful, safe, and well lit area. The apartment itself is extremely well appointed. It was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for including a coffee maker with pods, hot water kettle, tea bags and all the dishes, pots and pans you could possible need. Everything was in excellent condition and the apartment was super clean when we checked in. There are two balconies in the apartment. Sitting on the couch in the living room, you could see the Matterhorn! The WiFi in the apartment was excellent and it has a nice size TV. Nicki, our host, was most helpful throughout. The communication with her was perfect from the moment we made the reservation. We reached out to her several times with questions about the town or looking for recommendations and she could not have been more helpful. Before we got to the apartment, she gave us very clear instructions on how to reach there and how to access the building & keys. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Zermatt again! Thank you Nicki for a perfect stay!

Incredible place and location
Thank you Niki for having us, we absolutely loved this place and would book it again in the future. Super close to ski lift, train restaurants and grocery store. Also nikis recommendations for dinner and communication overall were fantastic. The place was alot bigger than expected. Ikon pass works everywhere on the mountain including the train to slopes (you can upgrade day pass to goto italy side)

Lovely apartment
Everything was good. No problem with apartment. Excellent location. All amenities were there. Nice place to relax with family. Plenty of games, Netflix and Amazon were available with your own login. Close to Shop. Lovely view of Matterhorn from one of the bedrooms. Nicki used to respond promptly to my messages and very helpful. Only problem was ongoing construction behind the apartment which Nicki had warned me about much in advance. If you like sleeping till late then you will experience disturbance early in the morning with banging sounds from construction site which is temporary. However later in the day is fine. Apart from that this apartment is ideal for families and I would highly recommend it. We had a wonderful stay.

Well equipped kitchen, clean rooms throughout, good storage spaces, ideal location to lifts, shops and restaurants. The only thing missing was the laundry machine which we ended up using a laundry service in town. (My fault, I did not read the description carefully.) Will surely come back. Thank you!

Great stay!
This lovely apartment was immaculate and cozy, and the view of the Matterhorn was to die for. The owner, Ann, was very responsive, answering any question I had via email very quickly and nicely. She also had laid out valuable information in a booklet about restaurants and activities and left that in the apartment. The apartment was walking distance to anything you might want to do. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Zermatt.

Perfect location
Ann's apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of 5. The location could not have been better. We were so close to everything (supermarkets, train station, restaurants) AND had matterhorn views. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We were even kindly given early check in. We have found our new favourite property in Zermatt and will only stay here from now on! Ann went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help us when we needed it. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent apartment in wonderful place
Ann’s apartment is fantastic! We were Family with 2 children there and there was plenty of space for everyone. 2 bathrooms is a great advantage. Apartment is very clean and comfortable and equipped with all you need and has Matterhorn view! Location could not be better: very quite and 4 minutes walk from the train station and Gornergrat bahn, 5 min to Sunnegga railway, 1 min to the green line bus station to Furi. Denner supermarket just 2 min walk. We had a great time there and hope sometimes to come again. We definitely recommend this apartment!

The Best will you find in Zermatt!
Ann's place was perfect! It was clean and had ALL the amenities one would need. I mean---it had everything! There was plenty of room for at least 4 people, although there were only 2 in our party. Ann was very quick to respond and explain all the information regarding Zermatt. She even had recommendations of restaurants and things to do for us. The check in and check out process could not have been any easier. This place is a 4 minute walk from the train station, so it's very conveniently located. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within 2-5 minutes. There is a taxi stop just around the corner (1 minute by foot) that takes you to the entrance of the cable car used to excel to the Klein Matterhorn (Glacier Paradise). If you're staying in Zermatt, it can be quite a chore to carry luggage up a hill. The benefit of staying at Ann's place is she is at the bottom of the hill, which makes carrying the luggage from the train station, fairly easy! There is a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from one bedroom, the living room and one of the 2 balconies! The area is quiet and there are shades and black out curtains in the bedrooms and living room areas, so you will have a peaceful night's sleep on a comfortable bed. There are 2 bathrooms--1 with just a shower and the other with a bath/shower. The hot water is great and the water pressure is perfect! Sitting out on the balcony having dinner was the highlight of our stay. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're in Zermatt, consider staying at Ann's apartment. You will be glad you did!

Ann's Place - Haus Imperial is immaculate. She has put a lot of thoughts into making guest comfortable and enjoyable. Her entire apartment is fully equipped from the kitchen to the bedroom. Enough towers/shower gel in each bathroom. The space in the apartment is fantastic for a good holiday. Location wise, it is easy to find within walking distance of the BahnHof. 2 nearby Supermarkets. Down the road, it is near the Ski rental shop and also the Sunnegga ski slopes.

Soaked up the Matterhorn
Ann's flat was a treat to return from the trails to every day. My wife loved the superb view of the Matterhorn from her bed and the large bathtub where she soaked after full days on the trails. The flat was spacious with decks front and back, the kitchen well equipped, and it was conveniently located near markets and the train station. Ann dropped by and offered some helpful tips on hikes and eateries.

Wonderful walking holiday in Zermatt
Haus Imperial is quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and close to all the Zermatt facilities, with fantastic Matterhorn views from the lounge and bedroom balconies. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and supermarket, and yet is a very peaceful location as it is located on a footpath. Lying in bed at night all we could hear was the sound of the river, the Vispa, that flows pass the end of the street. Zermatt is a beautiful place, in a superb location, with lots to see and do. As a family we had a wonderful walking holiday, doing lots of exploring, including climbing the Rothorn and climbing up to the Matterhorn base camp. We also enjoyed swimming in the mountain lakes, seeing lots of marmots in the wild and visiting beautiful mountain cafes in stunning locations. The children enjoyed riding in the gondolas, Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, the suspension bridge and the Alpine Adventure Park and we all loved the glacier walk. We thoroughly recommend it! Perfect cozy apartment, close to everything, great views
This place seemed great on VRBO and in fact was even better than we thought! A very reasonably priced two bed two bath apartment, minutes from the train station, the Gornergrat Bahn and the city center, with views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. We had a perfect four day stay here (2 adults, 2 kids - pre-teen and teen) and would love to come back soon.

Zermatt reste incomparable!
un très bel appartement, bien agence. Dommage que l'immeuble adjacent était en travaux de construction . Durant quelques jours nous fumes réveillés a 07.15 du matin, fait indésirable lorsqu'on recherche le repos. ce détail n'était pas mentionne dans l'annonce et la propriétaire n'a pas voulu en faire cas.
