Great experience in a location just off the main street but very close to the action. The spa and sauna facilities were a much needed perk on a long trip for the two of us.

Had a great stay, great location, breakfast was ok. Quiet hotel. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Everything is walkable and nearby. The only issue I had was on checking out, there was a hotel driver when asked if he was going to station he said no he was going to a shop, so I had to walk 11minutes to station with my luggage, when I reach 8minutes into my walk he was indeed parked by a shopā€¦this upset me as it would have been nice to get a drop close to station as hotel did advise free shuttle service to and from station

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast Iā€™ve ever had and the room was clean and the bathroom had a nice tub. The room had a big patio, and the facilities ( sauna, steam room) were great!

Beautiful clean room. Delicious breakfast included. The wifi was terrible. It basically could not connect in our room. The only solution staff had was to use the wifi in the lobby. When youā€™re travelling from another country wifi is a must for planning travel and it is more relaxing to do this in your pjs in bed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had 2 nights here and the stay was amazing. We had a free upgrade to deluxe room and it was so spacious and clean. Love their breakfast esp the diy stations! Only thing was the wifi was on and off breaking.

It's a fantastic little hotel, location was great, staffs were friendly, especially Karolina. We enjoyed our stay at Zermatt, woke up to the beautiful view of golden Matterhorn. Will definitely be back if we ever visit Zermatt again.

Receptionist welcome me and my son with a smile, kindness lookā˜ŗļø. The room was superb! My son Nathaniel says Wooow to everything! We both sleep like a baby! The food the food was sooo yummy! Highly recommended. Staff was great, food was great, comfortable room and ease access to to chair lifts, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. They even made a bag breakfast the night before we left as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. This is the quality you get when the owners are invested in the guests and are there working. Thanks for the memorable stay, we will be recommending your place to others.
