This is the best hotel we stayed for the whole trip, you won't go wrong to stay here. Very friendly staff and the room is very clean, beautiful patio with flowers around. Very lovely place to stay. Love it!

This property is amazing! Beautiful in every way. The room was very well equipped and spotless clean. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience anywhere else in Zermatt. Of the four hotels we visited in Switzerland, this hotel is far superior to any of the others. My only wish is thst i could have stayed there longer!

Location is good, inside is good, but I was very disappointed with the service provided. Room position was bad , room was on the ground and vie was terrible: we were looking at the garbage container. Room wax dark , no light from outside . Nobody cleaned our room or take dirty cups and garbage!!! Room was not cheap and we deserved better conditions for the money we paid.

Anna was great, very friendly and willing to help with a sweet smile always. They aren’t flexible with chick in and check out time , even for a very short time . Other than this this a great place to stay in beautiful Zermatt.

Absolutely wonderful!!! The people and the property!!! We just stayed one night, but from the moment we arrived, everyone was so nice and helpful. They picked us up at the train station and were very welcoming. The property is so beautiful; it's decorated very tastefully and classy. Will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Zermatt.

Wonderful and modern hotel, friendly staff
Our visit to Matterhorn lodge was great! Hands down will come here again, and will refer to family and friends. I feel like you can’t tell in pictures as much, but it’s very nice and modern, and rooms are quite large. Breakfast is delicious, and they will make you any coffee you like! We also enjoyed getting to know the manager, Ruth, who was very friendly and helpful. Also, if you call, someone from the hotel will pick you up and drop you off at the train station when needed. All in all, top tier experience!
