Very friendly and helpful staff who takes care of our transportation, itinerary planning, activities booking and dining recommendations. We won’t enjoy our trip without his courteous assistance. Breakfast is excellent to start the whole day hiking in the Zhangjiajie National Park. Definitely will return to stay with them for the next trip in the same area.

THE place to stay near Zhanjiajie National Park
Charming hotel with decor that evokes a traditional China of the 1920’s, but with thoroughly updated facilities and amenities. The bathroom was very elegant and included a Western-style toilet with heated seats. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a lovely view of the river from the balcony. The hotel is just a short walk to the east gate of Zhanjiajie National Park, itis nicely situated in Wulingyuan with great restaurants and small shops nearby. However, the best part of this hotel was the amazing staff who did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable, including helping me plan my solo excursions into the park each day. If I ever visit Zhanjiajie again, this is the place that I’d stay. You should too.

This property was fronted by the river and close to shopping and many restaurants. Fortunately for me, it was also close to the medical clinic. The staff was kind. They lent me a walking stick and returned a borrowed wheelchair for me. When we had to depart earlier in the morning, they accommodated an earlier breakfast. When I had trouble getting out, they brought breakfast to my room. The breakfasts were plentiful with tasty scratch made fresh local foods. The dumplings were great! The Chinese style omelet was enough for 2 since there was so much other good food. There were a few quirks, like the fancy bidet toilet in our room was too long for the space so we had to sit sideways so our knees didn’t hit the vanity. But the room was as beautiful as the pictures. We really appreciated the soaking tub after the long hikes in the mountains. I brought epsom salts with me. Our Chinese speaking guide was really great, but we also managed at the hotel with translating apps when she wasn’t with us. However she was essentials when I had to communicate with the busy clinic doctor and figuring out the most efficient way to see all the many sites in the area. Despite my health issues, the logistics of getting around such an huge area (hiring a driver on some days was the key and a local guide to communicate with them and the Didi drivers and find great, clean, safe places to eat helped a lot) and the rain in April, we thought the area was the highlight of our trip to China. Amazing!

Staff working in this resort is the greatest factor contributing to the success of this boutique resort. They are very personable, conducting their duties with much passion and treated us like part of their family. In our first breakfast, we requested peanut butter to go with our toast. Unfortunately, they do not have it. Next morning and the next four breakfast after, peanut butter appears on our table without asking. Each time we return from outside or prior to leaving the resort, staff will greet and engage us in brief conversation in order to assure us that "we are home away from home". In our day of departure, staff accompanied us in waiting for our ride and assisted us to load our luggages into the car and stood there until she sees our car no more. Of course, there is no place a perfect place but if you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, personal and passionate dwelling, consider this lodge.

The hotel was incredible. It's newly renovated and very clean. Besides that, the staff were very nice and helpful to levels beyond exceptional. I would defenitltly come back again and recommend that everyone stay in the hotel.

Perfect Zhangjiajie Hotel - 5 star service
Absolutely loved staying at Lee's Boutique Resort. Tony connected with us prior to check-in via WhatsApp to offer assistance with transportation and gather arrival information. And what a welcoming arrival we had! It was very late (after midnight) and rather cold.... we were treated to a warm bowl of traditional crispy rice soup and tea. We were upgraded to a beautiful river-view room on the 4th floor. Lovely views and vibrant local activity. Breakfast is very nice in the morning - mix of western/Chinese offerings. I loved the wheat-tea so much I purchased some to bring home at a nearby supermarket. Tony and his staff were so welcoming throughout our stay! The room has everything you could want and more. Super soft towels, nice linens, very nice bathroom amenities, and a few modern touches (projector tv, heated/automatic toilet, etc) among beautiful, traditional Chinese decor. We loved the room. The hotel is located just steps away from Xi-Bu Street, filled with shops, restaurants, and night life. Many places had live music. In regards to proximity to Zhangjiajie, it is a very quick 10 min ride to the main entrance. Just 1 hour, 10 mins to DYG Airport. Lee's Boutique Resort is THE PLACE to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!!

Amazing place! One of the best places all over China. The staff is very polite and helpful, most of them speaks good English. Hotel is in the very center but close to the National Park entrance. breakfast was in Chinese style, very tasty.

Das Personal vermittelt eine familiäre Atmosphäre und ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es lohnt sich auch die Küche im Haus zu testen - die Speisen sind noch besser als in guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage am Fluss und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants ist auch sehr gut. Auch der Zhangjiajie national Forest Park mit seinen beeindruckenden Felsformationen ist in Fussmarschweite zu finden. Die Austattung der Zimmer ist gut mit einem besonderen Touch - unser Zimmer hatte Beamer und Leinwand zu bieten. Kleines Manko - Türen und Zimmer sind regionaltypisch nicht wirklich dicht - auch im geschlossenen Zustand kann man so einiges von außen hören. Durch die Lage am Fluss aber nicht so schlimm. Insgesamt waren wir total begeistert

Die Lage innerhalb der Stadt ist hervorragend, die Restaurants und die Garküchen schnell erreichbar. Auf Grund der Lage am Fluss ist es dennoch ruhig und erholsam. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Es gibt viele gelungene Details zu bestaunen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Nervige und vor allem laute chinesische Reisegruppen steigen hier glücklicherweise nicht ab, denn diese bevorzugen die größeren Hotels. Beim Frühstück geht man hervorragend auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein (am Vortag nennen und alles wird besorgt). Das Lee‘s Boutique Resort ist womöglich die beste Entscheidung vor Ort und sehr zu empfehlen.

Hôtel de petite capacité, mais qui a tout d’un grand. Accueil très agréable, personnel dévoué. La chambre est spacieuse, décoration soignée. Rien ne manque. Balcon qui donne sur la rivière, très calme.

Very satisfied!
We stayed at 'double room with lake view' for 3 nights. The location was perfect; quiet enough to sleep well but still walking distances for shops and restaurants. You should take taxi for bus stop but it only takes about 10min by drive. The room was very clean. The service was more than perfect and the staff was super polite. The breakfast was full of choices that you can never finish all. The lady at the front desk helped me out to get taxi and directions in the morning even though we had to leave quite early in the morning. The manager asked us for improvements or anything we have noticed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who would travel Wulingyuan.

Guzel bir otel
Bulunduğu bölgede gayet özenli bir otel. Amon isimli personeli sınırlı ölçüde İngilizce kullanabiliyor; onun dışında telefonun Çince tercüme programından yararlanmak gerekiyor. Ayrıca Amon bölgedeki gezilerimizde gayet başarılı organizasyonlar yaptı.

Very good hotel
너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 공간도 너무 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 강가에 있어서 경치도 좋구요. 목욕탕에 앉아서 바라보는 바깥 풍경이 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 영어가 가능한 직원이 있어서 더 좋았습니다. 무릉원 입구 까지는 도보로도 가능합니다. 산책삼아 쉬엄 쉬엄 갈수 있는 거리예요. 그리호 호텔내에 난방시설이 없는곳이 많은데 여기는 히터도 있어서 좋았습니다.
