Wohnung schlecht gereinigt
Nach Schlüsselübergabe haben wir eine sehr schlecht gesäuberte Wohnung vorgefunden, sodass unser Urlaub erstmal mit Putzen begann. Auch das Gartenmöbel und der Wäscheständer fürs trocknen der Handtücher haben wir selbst gesäubert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr dunkel und nicht wie auf den Bildern im Netz, das Bad ohne Fenster - hier trocknet nix. Das geht besser!!!!!

Sauna und Induktionsfeld
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem excellenten Appartement genossen. Die Kommunikation war schon im Vorfeld zügig und genau. Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet. Positiv überrascht waren wir von dem Induktionsfeld, mit dem wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Die Sauna haben wir auch benutzt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, 2 Bäcker sehr nah und der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Sauna ist eine schöne Zugabe. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin.

Tolle Wohnung, zentral gelegen, Sauna enttäuschend
In der großen geräumigen Wohnung haben wir uns mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch mit dem Hausmeister hat super geklappt. Sehr enttäuschend war allerdings die Sauna. Aufgrund der Breite von 1,40m war es nicht möglich, sich zu legen. Da sich die Sitzbank unterhalb der Ofenöffnung befindet, erreicht man dort selbst bei höchster Leistung nur maximal 45 Grad. Schwitzen konnte daher nur der Oberkörper bei bis zu 80 Grad. Durch die Frischluftzufuhr von unten hat man an den Beinen sogar gefroren. Da wir zu dieser Jahreszeit extra eine Wohnung mit Sauna gebucht haben, war die Enttäuschung natürlich groß. Wünschenswert wäre auch, wenn die Wohnung am Ankunftstag bereits etwas vorgeheizt wird. Bei unsere Ankunft dauerte es 2 Stunden, bis die Heizung überhaupt warm wurde. Bis dahin mussten wir unsere Jacken anlassen, um nicht zu frieren.

Schöne Tage
Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Zwei Dinge haben gestört. Der Abzug im Bad war zugestaubt. Ich habe ihn gereinigt. Die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte irgendwie nicht richtig. Wir haben mit der Hand gespült. Der Sockel der Küche war auseinander gegangen. Ich habe ihn zusammengefügt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Fewo liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral, ist sehr gut und ansprechend ausgestattet, modern mit allem Komfort, auch auf der Terrasse. Wichtig: alle Fenster hatten einen Moskitonetz, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden sowie eine Fahrradgarage. Wir kommen gerne nochmals.

Die Wohnung ist zentral zu den Highlights und doch abseits von Lärm, gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Seebrücke. Eine moderne Ausstattung, sowohl innen und außen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus nutzbar. Fahrräder können in einem verschließbaren Seitengebäude untergebracht werden. Einziges Manko sind die sehr harten, für uns unbequemen, Schlafgelegenheiten. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr zu empfehlendes Objekt.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch ausgesprochen ruhig. Zum Zentum sind es 2 Min Fußweg, zur Seebrücke und Strand sind es 5min. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Toll vor allem die Sauna und die Betten. Grundsätzlich fehlt es an nichts. Ein Austausch der Terrassensitzmöbel wäre wünschenswert, da ausgesprochen unbequem. VM wurde informiert und hat die kleine Kritik wohlwollend aufgenommen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schönes Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Die Agentur war sehr bemüht und erhielten auf Fragen sehr schnell eine Antwort. Das W-Lan war in bestimmten Bereiche der Wohnung sehr schwach. Die Terrassenstühle könnten etwas bequemer sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
