Leider war ich nur kurze Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Appartement. Es ist unheimlich liebevoll eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht, was man so zum leben braucht. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkons, was mir sehr gefällt und eine wunderschöne Galerie in der sich der Schlafraum befindet. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der Agentur war sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Ich kann dieses Appartement absolut empfehlen. Das Haus und das Außengelände ist sehr gepflegt und mit den verschiedenen Pflanzen, dem Stil des Hauses im Einklang… Ich komme sehr gern wieder 🌸

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage, ruhige Umgebung, gute Ausstattung, perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Terrasse am Bad war arg verschmutzt und der Duschenabfluss verstopft, was aber durch den Hausmeister zügig in Ordnung gebracht wurde.

Das Apartment war toll und hat die Erwartungen von den Bildern mehr als entsprochen. Die Ausstattung war super, die Lage auch. Lediglich, dass die Schlüsselaus-und Abgabe nicht direkt vor Ort war, war nicht ganz optimal, wenn man es vorher nicht gesehen hat. Aber abgesehen davon waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Erwartungen voll erfüllt
Auch in diesem Jahr war ich wieder in Zingst und wieder in einer Wohnung von Frau Zinnow. Dieses mal in einer noch besseren Lage. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr liebevoll aber auch praktisch ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Es gibt zwei große Balkone. Witzig ist das Schlafzimmer auf der Galerie. Es gibt zwei zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplätze: eine außen auf dem Gelände und einen in der Tiefgarage (beide nummeriert und fest zugeordnet). Das Haus ist auch von außen sehr schön und Reetdach gedeckt. Es gibt im Haus einen Wellnessbereich, den ich zwar nicht genutzt habe, der aber einen sehr gepflegten Anschein machte. In einem Raum in der Tiefgarage befindet sich ein Wasch- und Trockenraum der mitbenutzt werden darf, mit einer "Kasse des Vertrauens". Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Gemütlicher Spaziergang 5-8 Minuten zur Strandstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften, zum Hafen und zum Meer. Was will man mehr. Guter Bäcker direkt um die Ecke sowie ein Edeka in ca. 500 Meter Entfernung. Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.... gerne immer wieder 👍🏻😊

Moderne Wohnung
Die Lage der Wohnung ist günstig, denn man kann morgens frische Brötchen beim Bäcker holen, kommt in 10 min Laufnähe zum Strand oder in die belebteren Teile der Einkaufsstraße. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet, auch die Balkone und das Schlafen in der offenen, oberen Etage interessant. Man sollte allerdings mit toleranten Partnern verreisen, die nicht noch ewig in der Nacht fernsehen müssen, weil das sicherlich stören würde. Für die Küche wäre ein Messerschleifer oder schärfere Messer angebracht, aber ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht und wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und auch dem Auto ging es in der Tiefgarage prima und es heizte sich bei den heißen Sommertemperaturen nicht auf.

Messer könnten wieder mal geschliffen werden, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hat manchmal Probleme gemacht. Wenn man über Kleinigkeiten drüber weg sieht, eine tolle Wohnung.
