The newly built apartment is located on the ground floor, living room with TV, radio, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen with dining area (oven, ceramic hob, XXL fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed , Bathroom with shower bath, south-facing terrace with sunbeds and dining table, exactly 1 car parking at the house, linen and utilities (electricity, water) included in the price. Please bring your towels. Bike rental FREE until May (June, July and August: 3 EUR / day and bicycle): Loan on demand and if bicycles are available and after registration on arrival. We have for you 28 brand gentlemen's bikes (trekking), as well as 28 and 26 brand women's bikes (trekking and city), all up to date with lighting, hub dynamos, luggage carriers and bags. In addition we have 2 children's bikes (14 and 16 inches) and 2 youth bikes (24s).

Einfach raus und genießen
Relativ spontan hatte ich die Wohnung gebucht und war anfangs skeptisch ob man zentral genug gelegen ist usw. Was soll ich sagen, für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, die Freiwillige Feuerwehr nebenan hat uns gar nicht gestört, so wie einige in den vorherigen Bewertungen geschrieben haben. Man hört die Signale von der Bahn, aber auch das störte uns nicht, wir kommen aus der Großstadt da hat man wesentlich mehr Radau. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig und wir wünschten, wir hätten in unserer Mietwohnung nur annähernd so eine tolle Küche sowie das tolle Bad. Letztlich hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir noch vor Ort den nächsten Aufenthalt dort gebucht haben. Wir freuen uns drauf bald wieder dort zu sein und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Tolle Unterkunft, für 2 Personen fast zu groß. Ruhige Gegend und doch relativ zentral. Wetter für Ende September einfach Klasse, konnten noch jeden Tag den Strand genießen. Grüße aus der Oberlausitz

Schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war groß, war sehr sauber. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so im Urlaub braucht. Die Innenstadt und der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die angebotenen kostenfreien Fahrräder haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Terrasse ist ist mit Garten Möbeln und Grill gut ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz war am Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Großräumige Wohnung, leider sehr nah an der Feuerwehr, man hört die Sirene sehr laut. Freundlich eingerichtet, nette Terrasse zum Sitzen. Fahrradverleih sehr praktisch. Nicht ganz nah am Strand, aber ok.

Eine viel zu kurze Woche an der Ostsee
An der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - Lange ruhig, aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Leihfahrräder haben wir nicht benutzt, da die Woche sehr windig war. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt - ein paar Haken im Bad wären schön, damit man ein Handtuch aufhängen kann.

Zinnowitz ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Abends konnten wir noch draußen sitzen und ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Wer es nahe am Strand mag, der ist hier fehl am Platz. Es sind 700 m bis zum Strand. Für uns war es kein Problem, da wir gerne laufen und spazieren gehen. Netto ist auch in der Nähe, für die Selbstverpflegung gut zu erreichen.

Wir, 4 alte Freunde , über 70 und einer 50jährigen Freundschaft , haben eine sehr gemütliche ,saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Abends gab es noch ein kostenloses Feuerwerk! es war ein schönes WE. Was wir vermisst haben , war eine Ablage für die Kleidung in den Schlafzimmern ,Hocker oder eine Leiste an der Wand. L.G.

Alles gut!
Auch im Winter zu empfehlen. Konnte gut beheizt werden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die Anreise mit der Bahn und Ausflüge vor Ort gut machbar.

Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären angebracht
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Verbesserung könnte man Fliegengitter an den Fenstern anbringen, damit man nicht soviel Insekten in der Wohnung hat.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Was ich vermisst habe war das die Badewanne keinen Rutschschutz zum Duschen hatte. Den mussten wir nachkaufen und haben bei Abreise den Rutschschutz auch drin gelassen. Die Kaffeemaschine hatte so ihre Tücken. Einmal Kaffee kochen ging. Danach musste man erst warten bis sie ganz abgekühlt war. Ich empfehle sie auszutauschen. Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnzimmer und Küchenraum. Einiges fehlte allerdings im Bad. Für 4 Personen war nur ein kleiner Ständer für die Hand und Badetücher. Auch vor der Badewanne keine Badematte was für ältere Personen gefährlich ist. Sonst ist nichts weiter zu beanstanden.

Ruhig und doch im Zentrum von Zinnowitz
Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Den Weg zum Strand nimmt man locker zu Fuß. Selbst mit zwei kleinen Kindern kein Problem. Auf dem Weg dorthin passiert man automatisch kleine Geschäfte mit Souvenirs und viele Gaststätten und Eiscafes. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Dank der vollständig eingezäunten Terrasse, können die kleinen auch mal ohne Sorge draußen spielen. Wir haben und rundherum wohlgefühlt

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat, war ein paar Küchenutensilien. Ist ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, aber leider kein Reinigungsmittel. Ansonsten ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Im Großen und Ganzen ok
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit ausreichender Grundausstattung. Auch die Fahrräder sind ok. Wenn man allerdings Wert auf Sofakissen, Wolldecke, Duschvorleger, scharfes Messer legt, sollte man sich das in den Koffer packen.
