The lovingly furnished, thatched house Küstenzauber is idyllically located, right on the backwaters, opposite the newly created large marina. This beautiful vacation home offers 7 people and a toddler comfortable vacation enjoyment in every season on approx. 115 sqm living space. On the ground floor is the living-dining area with underfloor heating with 2 leather sofas, fireplace, 42 'TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and all imaginable accessories. The bedroom with double bed and television has a direct exit to the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large shower and a sauna. On the upper floor is another large bedroom with a double bed, television, comfortable seating area and a balcony. The children's room has single beds and also a TV. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with a shower. Each window has mosquito nets, the garden is 600 square meters with a beach chair and bicycles can be borrowed at the house and for € 20 per bike / week.

Unser Aufenthalt von einer Woche war wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist wunderschön mit einer, für uns, super Lage. Fahrräder stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung, die Sauna ist super und alles andere hat auch mehr als überzeugt. Jederzeit wieder.

Schönes Usedom
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Klasse Raumaufteilung. Ideal für 6 Reisende. Leider sind einige Hausmeisterdienste in der Nachbarschaft nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll. Rasenmähen morgens um 07.00 Uhr mit Benzinrasenmähern !! Und das in einer 5Sterne-Anlage. Ansonsten wie bereits beschrieben eine tolle Unterkunft.

Uns hat es mit 7 Personen im Haus sehr gut gefallen. Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Schön ruhig gelegen aber alle Ziele schnell erreichbar. Highlight war auch die Sauna im Haus. Kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, auch die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr ruhig. Abzüge gab es deshalb, weil die Heizung bei Ankunft defekt war und wir nach über 2 Stunden in ein anderes Haus umgezogen sind, zum Glück wurde es an diesem Tag frei, sonst hätten wir nach Hause fahren müssen.

Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Gemackvolles eingerichtes Haus. Komplikationslose Schlüsselübergabe. Hätten uns nur mehr Geschirr, vorallem Teller, sowie Mülltüten, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, Küchenrollen und Toilettenpapier gewünscht. Ansonsten immer wieder eine Reise wert!!

Ruhige Lage abseits von der Ostsee
Ferienhaus geräumig. Es war alles nötige vor Ort. Erwähnenswert waren die Insektengittern in den Räumen. Reparaturen, wie z. B. verstopftes Waschbecken, wurde am Tag drauf von der Hausdame behoben. Toll auch die Waschmaschine im Haus. Zur Ostsee mit eigenem Fahrrad oder Fahrradvermietung in Selbstorganisation direkt im Zentrum möglich. Leider gibt es weder in der Ferien anlage noch im Ort der Anlage einen Kinderspielplatz. Diese sind im Zentrum von Zinnowitz zu erobern. Spaziergang auf dem Deich am Achterwasser war nur in eine Richtung möglich, da Schafe unterwegs waren.

Sehr schönes Reetdachhaus
Das Haus liegt ganz toll in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Achterwasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man super mit dem Fahrrad. Im Haus selbst könnten etwas mehr Kaffeelöffel sein ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Wir sind im Urlaub nur in Ferienhäusern. Dieses Objekt war eines der besten. Besonders die Ruhe und Sauberkeit in der gesamten Ferienhaussiedlung hat uns gefallen. Das Haus selbst ist nur zu empfehlen.

Die Eigentümer haben auf eine umfassende und qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung geachtet. Insbesondere die Betten waren sehr rückenfreundlich. Entgegen dem Inserat werden keine Fahrräder mehr vermietet. Abstellungswürdig sind: -geringe Anzahl der Kaffeelöffel ( 5) -Reinigungszustand des Hauses über Raumhöhe 1,80 m -Zustand von Besen / Handfeger -Fehl einer Papierhausordnung / Umgebungsinformation ( z.B.? Glascontainer) Fazit: ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Check in und Check out völlig stressfrei. Freundlicher Kontakt mit den Vermieter. Eine Fliegengittertür bei der Terassentür im Wohnzimmer wäre empfehlenswert. ;) Ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Vielen Dank :)

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Schonheitsfehler
Wir hatten das Haus für 7 Tage gemietet. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig und perfekt für Ausflüge mit Kind z.B. Trassenheide, Koserow, Karlshagen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Es war alles da es fehlte an nichts, sogar viele Tupper Dosen gab es in der Küche die wir gerne für unsere Ausflüge genutzt haben. Jedoch mussten wir auch leider ein paar Schönheitsfehler feststellen. Die Duschköpfe in den Bädern täte mal ein Wechsel gut, ebenso wie im EG die Schimmelbeseitigung in der Dusche. In der Küche die Filter der Dunstabzugshaupe, leider sehr versifft und Bedarf einer intensiven Reinigung. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.
