The whole ambiance is luxurious and peaceful.
The location is perfect, at the edge of a small village in central Istria, offering peace and quiet, but still close to all tourist centers like Poreč,
Pula or Rovinj.
Open plan interior has a warm and serene ambiance with large glass windows and doors allowing sunrays to shine in.
On one side of the living you will find the dining and living area with doors opening up to a pool terrace and on the other side there is a modern fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Mariva welcomes you in its lovely green garden with a private swimming pool where you can catch a nice tan, lounging on one of the sunbeds, or reading a book in the shade of the blue parasols.
There is also a covered terrace with a dining table and a modern BBQ.
The villa has 3 modern bedrooms with double beds, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

Bewertung Villa mariva
Die Villa ist wirklich schön und groß, mit genügend Platz für mindestens 8 Leute. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und es reicht an allem, Besteck, bügeleisen, Waschmaschine etc.
Die Lage des hauses ist in einem kleinem dorf das leich abgelegen ist, daher perfekt für alle die gerne ein mal entspannen wollen und von dem Stadt leben genug haben.
In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Städte in denen man was besichtigen kann.
Der Empfang war sehr gut und es wurden alle Fragen beantwortet die man gestellt hat. Sehr nette Gastgeber die rund um die Uhr für einen da sind wenn man etwas wissen möchte:).
