Beautiful villa in quiet location
Villa Mara is a lovely villa and the outside space is even better than it looks in the photos . The villa was very clean and there were lots of little extras left for us e.g. Toiletries , BBQ supplies and some wine and home produced olive oil . The owners met us on arrival and were very friendly and helpful. You definitely need a car as the villa is far in the countryside .This made for lovely quiet relaxing days , which was good but we had to drive to shops, restaurants etc. The nearest village is just over 5 mins drive away where there are 2 small supermarkets , a lovely bakers and small butchers but to get all supplies needed it's best to drIve to the bigger towns, about 20-25 mins drive away. We like to be able to walk to a nice restaurant or bar in the evening so this was a down side for us, having to always drive and the nearest town had limited choice. Overall we had a lovely week, couldn't fault the villa but would have liked not to be quite so remote. A week of relaxing and eating in was fine , especially as the outside entertaining area is so lovely but I think 2 weeks with 4 teenagers ,not beIng able to go off and do their Own thing , would have got a bit monotonous. It's probably ideal for families with small children who aren't interested in going out too much and want to unwind in the gardens and pool.

Tolles Haus für Familien und/oder Paare
Sehr schönes und modernes Haus, großer Pool zum abkühlen und ein tolles Grundstück. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Sehr zentral in Istrien gelegen, sodass Ausflugsziele in akzeptabler Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Very nice place, clean and spacious. The pool and facilities are great. Shopping facilities within 5 minutes drive. We also went on trips to Pula, Rovinj and the beach, everything less than 45 minutes drive from the house. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We would love to have a holiday again at Vila Mara.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Alles war äußerst sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit für Ausflüge in die Umgebung perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren bei Nachfragen immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool
Das Haus samt Garten, Poolhaus und Pool waren sehr schön. Alles war super sauber wie auf den Bildern. Handtücher für Bäder und Pool sind auch da für 8 Personen. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen in einem Dorf (war aber vorher klar) aber man kommt in viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach per Auto hin. Je nachdem wohin zw 10 und 30min. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Poldine in Zminj ca 8min entfernt. Die Vermieterfamilie Modrusani war super freundlich und wohnt in der Nähe. Ich glaube das war nicht der letzte Aufenthalt hier 😃

Vielen Dank für den “Rundum sorglos Aufenthalt”.
Ein wirklich tolles neues sauberes Haus, mit großzügigen Räumen, voll ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlichen Außenbereich mit Außenküche, Grill, Pool und Sportfeld. Alles was das Herz im Urlaub mit Ferienhaus begehrt. Sogar Badminton Set, Insektenmittel, Reinigungsutensilien und Dinge des alltäglichen Gebrauchs gibt es vor Ort. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus und die herzlichen Gastgeber gern jederzeit weiter.

Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa!!!
Wir alle waren begeistert von der Villa Mara, die wir gebucht hatten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zu Beginn alles Wissenswerte gesagt, auch Olivenöl & Wein wurde uns zur Begrüßung geschenkt :-) die Villa war bei der Übergabe super sauber und schön hergerichtet!! Top!! Handtücher, Bettwäsche & Poolhandtücher sind inbegriffen, auch die Küche und die Grillecke waren gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer sind modern & schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wird regelmäßig von den Vermietern gereinigt. Dass es in Poolnähe auch eine Dusche sowie eine separate Toilette gab, hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Volleyball-/Badmintonfeld ist super, das haben wir einige Male genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Umgebung. Zum Meer ist es ein Stück, ca. 20-30 min (z.B. nach Rovinj). Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort, wir können die Villa wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

Wunderschöne Villa ,sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und jedes hat ein eigene Badezimmer mit Dusch. Die großzügige Küche hat alles was man für acht Personen braucht. Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war sauber, ruhig, spitzenmäßig ausgestattet (alles notwendige war fürs Erste bereitgestellt, sodass wir nicht als erste Aktion einkaufen mussten) und die Übergabe klappte reibungslos. Ohnehin waren die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns: ausreichend entfernt von den Hot Spots Istriens, aber doch nah genug an vielen Orten, die es sich zu besuchen lohnt (Pula, Rovinj, Pazin, Novigrad, Ucka Nationalpark... alles in weniger als 60 min erreichbar). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, uns gut erholt und viele schöne Eindrücke sammeln können. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren 8 Personen und haben uns in dem sehr schönem Haus mit tollem Pool und Aussenküche sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist die etwas weite Entfernung zu grösseren Städten bzw. Meer (ca 20 bis 30 min). Ansonsten nur zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche unf hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Die Villa Mara liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Im Dorf selbst gibt es wenig, nur ein Restaurant, das wir nicht ausprobiert haben. Einkäufe kann man im Nachbarort oder in Rovinj erledigen. Bis Rovinj fährt man ungefähr 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Überhaupt sind Rovinj, Pula und Vrsar gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, denn Auto fahren ist unerlässlich für Ausflüge und Besorgungen. Es gibt kaum Nachbarn und die Grundstücke sind großzügig geschnitten, so dass man für sich bleiben kann. Der Pool ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Wir sind jeden Morgen darin geschwommen und haben ihn auch sonst zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt. Er wurde regelmäßig vom Vermieter gereinigt. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles da, was man braucht: Grill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toilette direkt am Pool, ein eigenes Badezimmer für jedes Schlafzimmer,…. Was für uns allerdings nicht ganz eindeutig aus der Beschreibung zu erkennen war, ist, dass das Haus praktisch aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Der Zugang zum Obergeschoss erfolgt über eine Außentreppe. Für uns war das optimal, da wir vier Erwachsene und vier Teenager waren. So konnten wir uns nach Altersgruppen aufteilen. :) Gegen Mittag haben wir immer zusammen auf der großen überdachten Terrasse am Pool gefrühstückt. Die Vermieter sind total nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasserkasten einer Toilette und es wurde umgehend repariert. Der Aufenthalt dort war sehr erholsam und absolut empfehlenswert.

It was all perfect
We were in Villa Mara for 10 days. The Pool is really nice and big enough for 8 Persons. We also played a lot badminton on the field. It was all clean and nothing was missing. We all could relax in the Villa We enjoyed our vacation and will come back fore sure!

Sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Haus
Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und uns wohlgefühlt. Waren drei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern (6 Monate bis 3 Jahre alt). Das Haus ist richtig groß und die Kinder haben sich über den Garten gefreut. Da die Zimmer groß sind und jedes ein eigenes Bad hat, kann man angenehm mit mehreren Familien verreisen. Die oberen Zimmer haben auch eine eigene kleine Küche. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht, von Waschmaschine über Föhn, Federballspiel, Antimückenkerzen, bis hin zu einem Kontaktgrill in der Küche. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und kinderfreundlich und haben uns Hochstühle und Babybetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grün. So konnten wir den großen Pool richtig genießen. Alles in allem gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist ganz neu und besonders aufgefallen ist uns, daß alles sehr sauber ist. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Super Urlaub und Erholung
Wir waren der Erstbezug in diesem Haus. Alles war vorhanden, auf jedes kleine Detail wurde geachtet. Die Besitzer waren unfassbar nett und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, auch der Aussenbereich war perfekt gepflegt. Der Pool ist so toll groß und wunderschön. Waren 9 Tage dort und nach 4 Tagen wurde unser Pool gereinigt. Man kann komplett abschalten, der Ort ist super ruhig und in die Stadt und zum Meer braucht man nur 20-25 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke an unsere Vermieter
