Attractive apartment close to the center and the dunes. The living room with open kitchen offers every comfort. The living room has a flat screen TV with foreign TV channels. Wifi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Senseo and filter coffee machine, combi-microwave and toaster. There is a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is also a piece of garden available.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a lovely double bed with single mattresses. The top floor is accessible by a steep staircase. There is also an infrared sauna, a wonderful addition to enjoy extra during the holiday! 2 pets are allowed.

The beach is literally in walking distance, you can hear the sound of the sea! Add as many as possible hours of sunshine of the year and the holiday on the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande is within walking distance and offers a variety of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, bike rentals and fresh baked goods.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
