The guys in Front desk were not very friendly, they looked very serious and had no smile at all in their face. I did NOT feel welcomed. The room is clean.

Staff and location very good. Room very small had two medium size suitcases and no place to put them but on floor. Had to play “TWISTER” to move around room. Our room was right above street and very noisy

Great location
This hotel is in a great location for walking around downtown. It was a little noisy at night with the windows open but it stops early enough for a good night’s sleep. It was clean and I would stay there again.

Convenient location in Zurich Old Town. Only 10 mins walk from Zurich HB station and 5 mins from Central tram station. Friendly staff. Bathroom was small but with a good shower. Resonable breakfast choice and quality. Bedroom No. 4.7 was very, very small, and could have been cleaner - there was a hair clip on the floor from a previous occupier. Throughout the night, the Air Conditioning (A/C) unit periodically made a loud rattling noise lasting for approximately 30 secs each time - this didn't make for sound sleeping. Some street noise with the bedroom window open (if the A/C was switched off due to rattling noise!). Value for money? - not really. Hotel Old Town served a purpose but we're not likely to be staying again.

Loved our staybat Hotel Old Town. It is in the centre of the action, tons of shopping, dining, bars and night clubs around. 10 min walk from Zurich HB. Great location.

Great location, easy enough to get to from airport. We caught the tram which took 35mins so we could see a bit of the landscape. Train was 10mins on return

Room was incredibly small, but functional for 1 night. I don’t know if we could have done multiple nights. The location is good. The staff was very helpful. The worst part was the tiny, blanket that two people were supposed to use which gave us a terrible nights sleep.

Perfect location. Just be aware that despite the great windows that block out most of the sounds, there is still noise from revellers that can be heard somewhat. Would not deter me from staying there again.
