Perfect location in the heart of the old town with steps to the station and surrounding attractions. Their rooms and bathrooms are extremely small and not comfortable to stay except for sleeping but otherwise the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful!

Great value, good quality, excellent location.
The hotel is very good overall. The room was a bit stark (white walls and white floor). Bed was somewhat firm, but not bad. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. The location is excellent. I would stay again when in Zurich.

Location!!
This is a location-location-location hotel with few fun quirks, but it lets itself down with slack maintenance service 6 days and no repair done. Air conditioning also had room always humid and even manually adjusted fan never gave fresh airflow or allowed towels to dry. We mistakenly had taken no daily servicing and paid the price.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL , WE DID NOT NEED UBER OR TAXI , WE WALKED ALL AROUND ,EVERYTHING IS WALKABLE DISTANCE ,. SO CLOSE TO ZURICK HB TRAIN STATION , AND VERY CLOSE TO WHERE YOU TAKE THE TOURS , SO IT WAS GREAT
