After receiving email confirmation that we would a requested rollaway bed and fans delivered before we arrived, we checked in just after 15:00 to find they weren't there. We called immediately and were told the fans had all been distributed and they had no more (not a huge deal although I had asked ahead of time) and that they would get the bed delivered. We didn't hear anything back and went out sightseeing and when we returned at 20:30 or 21:00, we still didn't have the bed. I called but the customer service staff (who were lovely) had no access to the building or way to contact the management after hours. Since there were not other apartments available, we could not go anywhere. So we were left with a double bed for 3 people - and not even sheets or a pillow... and only 2 sets of towels despite them knowing there were 3 of us. Thankfully, there were two pleather small couches that we could push together or I would have literally been lying on a cold linoleum floor. I asked for management to reach out the next day and didn't hear from anyone... and I still haven't despite emailing the person who originally confirmed it. I will be disputing the charge. Expedia should not work with VisionApartments.
