I booked this tour specifically because the description promised a small group of 21 people( Tour Operator- Explorer Australia), which seemed ideal as I was traveling with an elderly person. However, the reality was far from what was advertised—there were more than double )nearly 50 people in the bus.) To make matters worse, the bus had a leaking air conditioner, with water dripping throughout the ride. This wasn’t just uncomfortable but also posed a significant safety hazard, especially with children and elderly passengers navigating a wet and slippery floor. This experience felt like clear false advertising and a lack of care for passenger safety. I strongly recommend staying away from this operator.

It was rainy day and the bus from explore Australia tours was leaking from all over the place and your guide was least bothered and not helpful about the situation at all. Also, as seats were not allotted and were not advised by tour guide, co-passengers were changing seats after stop/break causing lot of chaos and inconvenience to the passengers who were traveling in groups of 4 or more. At the end of the tour, tour operator didn't dropped us at the same place as pick up point so again there was lot of confusion/chaos for the people who are traveling first time in Melbourne. Trip location was good, but the bus and tour operator experience was pathetic.
