Overview

This 2 day Highland and Speyside Whisky Tour takes you to 3 Highland Distilleries as well as 3 Speyside Distilleries and included in your tour are the actual Distillery Tour and tastings of 9 Single Malt Whiskies on each day.
You will also have some time to spend in the lovely little town of Pitlochry which is often referred to as being the geographical centre of Scotland. We do not include accommodation on our tours as we believe the customer will want to choose where they stay for the night , however , we can advise you on suitable accommodation based on your preference and budget. This is your 2 day private tour and we are very flexible and can adjust and change things to your choice within reason of course.
If for any reason some of the listed Distilleries are not open we will take you to an alternative Distillery.

Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery

After leaving Edinburgh behind and heading North into Highland Perthshire our first stop of the Day is at the lovely Aberfeldy Distillery where you will enjoy a tasting of 3 of their delicious single malts in the company of an experienced member of staff.
Pitlochry

Travelling from Aberfeldy to Pitlochry you have some time to spend in this lovely little town where you can have a walk and enjoy some lunch before our next Whisky stop
Blair Athol Distillery

After lunch we stop at the Blair Atholl Distillery where we will have a tour of the Distillery followed by a tasting of 3 of their single Malts.
Dalwhinnie Distillery

The Distillery at the highest altitude in Scotland is Dalwhinnie and we stop here for a tasting on our way to Speyside.

After collecting you from your accommodation our first stop off the day is at Aberlour Distillery where you will enjoy a tutored tasting of 3 of their Single Malts
The GlenAllachie Distillery

The Glenallachie Distillery is privately owned by one of the most experienced people in the whisky industry , Billy Walker has been more than 50 years in the trade and he is producing some excellent whisky , you will have a chance to sample 3 of these expressions here.
Craigellachie

After our first 2 stops of the day you are bound to be hungry so we will stop for lunch at The Highlander Inn in Craigellachie. The Highlander has an extensive gantry of more than 300 whiskies from all around the world , it is a working mans pub but they do an excellent lunch served by very friendly staff.
Glenfiddich Distillery

Our final stop of the day is at Glenfiddich Distillery where you will enjoy a tasting of Glenfiddich and The Balvenie single malts in their lovely whisky lounge
The House of Bruar

After departing from Speyside to head back to Edinburgh we stop for a rest room break at The House of Bruar , the Highlands equivalent of Harrods , the planned stop is for 30 minutes but this can be extended on request.
Edinburgh

Edinburgh is our final destination on your 2 day tour and we will drop you off at your accommodation or a place of your choice in the city , we expect to arrive back around 6pm - 6.30pm
