This was a great tour that included everything we wanted to see in Egypt. Marena messaged us the plan before each day and was flexible with requests and adjustments to make sure we got to do everything we wanted to. Our hotels, cruise, cars, drivers, and guides all exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this tour!

Very poorly planned. Would not use the company again. Very frustrating every step of the way. 2 stars because the hotels were nice and 2 of the guides they arranged were wonderful. I would recommend booking directly with the operators.

It was a good experience, for the most part. Marena was really good about communicating with us & answering our needs as soon as she could. You will meet a bunch of different tour guides & drivers each day & will be accommodated to a decent cruise ship. There was an incident where we couldn't fly back from Luxor to Cairo but we were accommodated to a hotel for a few hours and left in a microbus. The tour guides are very knowledgeable & nice & the cruise ship staff was lovely.

The problem is that Viator hires Nice tours from Luxor and Nice tours hires Sheba tours from Cairo so when things don't go as planned, no one is responsible!!!! I got the itinerary in the middle of the tour so I didn't know what to do for the Mayotte of my trip and then after I finally got the itinerary they didn't adhere to it. The first day a non speaking English driver picked us up at 4 am and instead of taking us to the hotel for accommodations and breakfast he said HORSE...he wanted to take us horse riding at 4 am with my 7 year old daughter because they were cheap and did not pay for the $70 hotel and a $7 breakfast. The third day we were supposed to be picked up at 4 am to go to the airport and the driver showed up at 5 am....I thought we were gona loose our flight. On day 9th we were supposed to be taken from the airport to the hotel and the taxi never arrived...we waited 90 minutes and finally hired our on taxi. The guides were nice and knowledgeable but also arrived one hour late so they skipped temples that we were supposed to see because of they unpuntality!!! There is nothing you can do...you have to put up with them and try to enjoy the sightseeing....I complained but it fell in deaf ears!!! They sell you a 5 star Nile cruise ship but you get a 3 star...they sold me a 4 star hotel and I got a 3 star hotel but according to Egyptian standards the ship was 5 star and the hotel 4 star...you won't beat them...you just have to take the abuse!!!

Our guide Rambo and driver Wael were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They were very positive and happy and answered all our questions and were very flexible with taking or stopping at places

I had two amazing days in Cairo with my tour guide Rambo and my driver Wael, who together gave me the best two days of an awesome adventure of Egypt. They were so kind, funny & informative and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! When I went on the cruise, the staff on Emilio were fantastic! I had a lovely relaxing time, with exciting and adventurous trips around Egypt see all the ancient sights! I would love to have another cruise on Emilio…
