What you can expect

Get a better understanding and feeling for scuba diving on a beginner's dive experience on the north-east coast of Bali. Following pick-up from your hotel, journey to Tulamben Bay to discover its white sandy beaches and clear blue water.

Learn the basics of diving, including how to relax and reassure yourself during a dive. If you decide you want to go further, the day can count as a credit towards completing your PADI Open Water Diver course.

Benefit from a dive site that is right in front of the set-up location in Tulamben, so you will spend more time on your experience and less time travelling. The wreck of the USAT Liberty is so close to the shore you could probably throw a stone and hit it!

Expect to see many blue-spotted stingrays, along with octopus, scorpion fish, sweet lips, trigger fish, moray eel and more. Take 2 dives and get the option to practice in a swimming pool before your first dive experience. Porters are provided to carry the equipment, and a complimentary lunch will be served between your dives.

Great instructor for diving. He was patient and always made sure we were safe. He helped us with all the equipment which was pretty heavy. It was amazing seeing the inside of the ship wreck. We got to see so many different types of fish to include several barracudas. The drive is very long from Seminyak to Tulamben so please take that into account (6 hrs round trip).

The dive itself was amazing and I was very happy that they were able to reschedgule us last minute because we got sick. But the trasportation from Seminyak to Amed was awful unfortunately. The car felt like we were driving in a box, because you could feel every little bump on the road even though the road was normal… so if you pay this kind of price you’d expect a decent trasport to your activity place, cause you have to spend 5 hours driving all together to Amed and back.. that’s a thing they should pay attention to. Alltogether thanks to the guide for being patient with us on the dive!

What an incredible experience? To explore the world from another dimension was an experience. I will never forget. My guide Dewa was extraordinary! taught me the basics in the water and guided me through the whole dive. I hired a go-pro to record the whole dive. The pick up was punctual and I hirely recommend this activity.
