Definitely a must if it’s your first time in Boston. Our trolley driver, “Crafty” was awesome. Not only did he explained the city in detail, but his humor was awesome.

Great experience. Conductors were knowledgeable and friendly. Stops were perfect. Never waited too long for a trolley at the various locations. Only thing as a recommendation would be a bracelet or something to quickly show after your first initial boarding. Having to go to the Expedia website and show the vouchers each time was not always easy to do. Other than that, amazing. We have done this in other cities and highly recommend it.

The tour was good. Had one bad driver that seemed to be just doing his own thing. Didn’t drop us off at the proper stop which left us lost and had difficulty finding our way back to our hotel.
