Good Morning! After the meeting, we are starting our first visit to Onyx Demonstration. Cappadocia is the homeland of the most beautiful stones and valuable jewellery that are hand-crafted. We will see all the art and valuable stones, especially the Sultanit Stone, which has a characteristic beauty and perfect shape. At our next stop, we will continue our tour with a show of a traditional job, the Carpet Show. You will be briefed about the local handmade Carpet, take a look into the art and workers who make carpets, and have a tour of the history of Carpet Makers in the region. After the Carpet Show, we will go to a Local Shop to see and taste the local spices, and delights and see the fundamental ingredients of Turkish Food. After learning the fundamental ingredients of Turkish Food, we will go for the main activity of our day, Cooking Class. In Cooking Class you will have a workshop describing the foundations of Turkish Cousine and learn how to cook the best Turkish Foods. And of course, the best part of Cooking Class, eating the beautiful dishes you learned how to cook! As the next stop, we will add a little more tasting to your tour, and take you to a local winery, to do wine tasting and see the beautiful wines of Cappadocia! The last stop of our Cooking Class Tour is a beautiful Workshop of Pottery, in Avanos. You will be learning the ways of creating art with dirt and will be able to try it too!
