Achraf was always polite, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable as he guided us on the food tour. He sought to ensure that each of of us on the tour had an enjoyable experience! We learned much about the culinary aspects of Moroccan life while feeling we were immersed in the everyday life and the daily activities of the local residents, whether it be walking through neighborhoods or in the local marketplace and at a local pastry shop and at a restaurant where we enjoyed a freshly prepared meal and later coffee and a tasty desert. A very worthwhile experience!

My friend I had an amazing food tour with Achraf. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a deep dive into Moroccan cuisine! My favorite part was going to the fish market and then having our fresh seafood cooked for us at the restaurant outside the market.

Our guide, Youssef, was very knowledgable and we learnt so much about Casablanca, Morocco and, most importantly, its food! We enjoyed the local zaazaa drink and the most fabulous seafood meal, fresh from the market, finishing off with lovely sweets and mint tea. A most memorable day. Thanks!

Achraf showed us a true taste of Casablanca…everything we wanted to try and more! Every item on our wish list was ticked. The fish market was incredible and cooked for you perfectly. Juices and fruits, cakes with mint tea. It was our very first day in Morocco and we had a good feel for it by the end. Achraf was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. We would highly recommended this tour.

Youssef was an amazing tour guide! I am a wheelchair user and my husband is allergic to nuts and fish. He made sure that we were accommodated for and even brought my husband a tajin when he couldn’t eat the fish at the market. The experience was very special and Youssef even tailored the tour to include some extra stops that he thought we would love!

Really enjoyed our tour - Sofi (not sure how to spell his name) was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable of the history of the area. Made four stops, including the central market to pick out our fresh fish, then visited a restaurant to have it prepared. Likely the best seafood we've had. Thanks so much for a great afternoon.

Our guide Tarek was fantastic- he shared not only food information and traditions but customs and traditions of the Moroccan people ( including styles and occasions for wearing certain clothing). The tour included walking through the most famous sights in Casablanca, including the Old Medina. It was like hanging out with a friend. He even walked us back to our hotel.

This was he best food tour I have done. Tariq was a charismatic and knowledgeable guide. He shared his knowledge of not only Moroccan food, but also family life, history and current economic situation, peppered with loads of personal anecdotes. It was fun to shop for pastries and fish, and then enjoy the feast that followed. Allow more than three hours for the tour as there is so much food to enjoy!
