In this 1.5-hour class, you’ll enjoy a mix of hands-on cooking and demonstration, learning chef tips and tricks, including plating techniques. Chef Stephen’s approachable teaching style makes it easy to follow along and pick up new skills. Together, you’ll prepare a delicious three-course meal that’s full of vibrant Southwestern flavours. After cooking, sit down to enjoy the meal you helped create, accompanied by wine or beer, with Chef Stephen and, when available, his wife Jennifer.
