Activity itinerary

In this experience you can immerse yourself in the quiet atmosphere of Tenute Baglio Passofondo, an oasis of peace a few kilometres from Trapani and Palermo. We will knead fresh pasta by hand, make tomato sauce and prepare fish or meat to recreate ancient dishes of Sicilian cuisine. As a last test we will make a typical dessert.
