We did not like that the private guide does not meet you at your hotel. As the guest in your city, visitors really have no idea where they are going. In the end, our guide did meet us at our hotel after you changed the tour time. The tour guide was fine however, we did not like the constant quizzing. Again, as the visitors we have no idea any of the local facts. We did not like that at the end of tour the the guide gives you a ticket for the canal tour. We thought this was a private tour as it is listed - "Copenhagen: City Highlights and Canal Cruise Private Tour." We had no desire to get on a packed boat with 200 other tourists. Needless to say, we did not use the tickets. If I were to do it again, I would try a different company.

: Hello, the announcement stated 4 hours of visit, outside, and despite the friendliness of the guide, it did not exceed 2 hours (with 1 hour boat without the guide). The announcement does not respect reality, and the price is therefore absolutely not justified, despite the false announcement the guide was very friendly and impressive on the history of each building. But I do not recommend. Have a good day

Our guide Bruno was excellent!: Bruno showed us the city of Copenhagen in a friendly and open manner and provided us with competent information. We are happy to recommend the Provat Tour and our guide Bruno! Bruno also always knew where to stand to take the best photos ... We were allowed to take these wonderful memories home and we won't forget Bruno. We would book the private tour with Bruno again at any time!
