What you can expect

Explore the breathtaking sceneries along the way from Coron town passing through Busuanga Town up to Calauit Safari Island, the home of exotic animals from Africa like Zebras and giraffes. Gathered knowledge about endemic and endangered animals species of Palawan

Calauit safari tour
Calauit Island is located at the northwest tip of Busuanga. It was established during the time of former Pres. Marcos and it was supposed to be a Game Reserve where they can hunt animals. But then, later on, they decided to just retain the animals and make it a tourist destination. All of the animals there are from Kenya and there used to be gazelles but now, only zebras and 25 giraffes are the only ones left there. As a tour guide says, they are now a 100% “Filipino citizen” animals.

Busuanga Town Proper
Discover the pristine and natural attractions and marine reserves. Tropical jungles are a sanctuary for the most exotic animal, plant, and aquatic life in the country. Busuanga offers a wide array of activities to the tourist, from visiting scenic island beaches, wreck diving, catching the life of our exquisite corals, river cruising on mangrove-lader forest, kayaking, hiking our lush rainforest, hills, mountain scenic view, waterfalls, and natural springs. With the number of things to do
here, it is easy to see why tourists make this a stop on their travel through the Philippines. Even if you do not begin your trip here you should definitely end up on this beautiful island. There are several super ferries’ that pick up tourists leaving their Manila hotel and sail them over to Palawan. This gives travellers convenient access to Busuanga and all the surrounding beaches. View the limestone, marble cliffs, and rock formations, and caves, go fishing, or simply sit back and look to the heaven for inspiration, mooning over a sea of stars or basking in the moonlight
