One of the most stunning trails in Rio de Janeiro, the Costão do Pão de Açúcar, is the kind of trail that wows everyone. To make the most of it, you'll need a registered and experienced guide who knows the mountains and nature inside out.

» We'll take the trail at a relaxed pace, respecting everyone's individual timing.
» We'll stop a few times for breaks and hydration.
» First, we'll do a circular trail, climbing up one side and then taking the Bondinho cable car down (ticket included!). After this fun ride, we'll hit an easier, lighter trail that takes about 25 minutes to descend. We'll end up back at our starting point at Praia Vermelha.
» Before we start, there will be a quick recap of what we've already covered in messages.
» The trail takes around 4 hours and 30 minutes, so be sure to bring your water and snacks.
» The plan might change depending on the day and the weather, but we'll try to explore every spot as much as possible.
