Overview

We'll explore the 5th kingdom and learn about the interconnectedness of funghi in nature while exploring the hazelnut groves followed by a mushroom cooking class, using locally cultivated mushrooms. Learn techniques for cleaning, preparing and cooking mushrooms. We will make risotto and discuss the rich history of risotto cultivation in Northern Italy and learn a dish that easy to make at home.
