Our Farm-to-Table Gastronomy experience starts with a guided tour of the Micro Farm to see how we grow organic vegetables, fruits and premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our produce has been tested and proven 100% free of any chemical contamination. Afterwards we will arrive at our open air kitchen for the main attraction of the day, the 7 course Farm-to-Table menu. From each signature vegetable of our garden we create a different starter or salad. For our main course we blend all the signature vegetables with herbs and spices into a balanced main dish. Our Farm-to-Table Greek cuisine menu is paired with selected bottled white wine from a local vineyard.
