I offer a cooking lesson that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta, with two different typical seasonings, including Bolognese ragù. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking lesson, your hands will be mixed with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove preparing the sauces and plating.
