What you can expect

Enjoy a full-day tour exploring the scenic countryside towns of Siena, San Gimignano and Colle Alta in Colle di Val d'Elsa. Discover the awe-inspiring landscape of the Chianti region, enjoy a wine tasting paired with some snack.

Leave Florence early in the morning and head south to Siena, home of the famous Palio horserace. Learn about the town's fascinating history and culture. Discover the highlights of the historical centre, including Piazza del Campo, where the Palio is held. Enjoy your free time in the historic city centre.

Afterwards, reach a prestigious winery in the Chianti Area, where you will be tasting some of the best wines locally produced, paired with some Tuscan typical food.

Finally, visit San Gimignano, whose 14 ancient stone towers helped it achieve the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy some free time to soak up the medieval ambiance and admire its many squares, churches, and narrow streets, before heading back to Florence.
