Our students always return to Samui joining us for Fuego Fridays with Patrick with their dance skills progressing every year and joining the 7pm Improvers Salsa Class then dancing into midnight!
Patrick Kell has been dancing for over thirty year and trained under his classic salsa teacher from Cuba. Patrick has been teaching in Samui since 2012 & has been hosting hundreds of parties in Samui!
Our Friday night beginners classes for salsa and bachata are always a popular destination for travellers worldwide who are curious to try latin dance in a relaxed island vibes setting. Fuego Fridays!

Activity itinerary

Dinner: From 5pm to 7pm enjoy delicious nourishing fusion cuisine and a variety of drink options. Warm-up: Patrick Kell, the instructor, starts with a brief warm-up session to prepare muscles and set the mood. Basic Steps: Patrick introduces salsa and bachata basics, breaking them into manageable parts for easy learning. Partner Work: After mastering solo steps, participants pair up to learn partner dancing techniques, focusing on connection and rhythm. Turns and Styling: Once comfortable with partner work, Patrick adds turns and styling, enhancing performance with spins and stylish moves. Social Dancing: The floor fills as participants practice their new skills in salsa, bachata, or kizomba, connecting with others. Performances: Professional dancers or students may showcase routines, entertaining the crowd with impressive choreography. Refreshments: Breaks offer time for refreshments and socialising, a chance to make friends and share experiences. Music Variety: DJ ERA mixes music to cater to all tastes, offering salsa, bachata, or kizomba tracks. Last Dance: As the night ends, the DJ plays a final song for a collective farewell dance.
