Baatara Waterfall, also known as the Baatara Gorge Waterfall, is a breathtaking natural wonder located near the village of Balaa in Lebanon. This stunning waterfall plunges 255 metres down into the Baatara Pothole, a limestone cave known as the "Cave of Three Bridges" due to the three natural bridges that span the chasm. Discovered in 1952 by French bio-speleologist Henri Coiffait, the waterfall offers a unique and awe-inspiring sight, especially in spring when the snow melts and the water flow is at its peak.
