Terry our driver was great. Suggest you check with driver what sites they are taking you to & the options if you go with another driver as this was not explained. However Terry ensured he took us to some other sites close by whilst we waited for passengers on a tour. Tambourine Mountain had so many great places to see, scenic ride to the mountain, we all had a catnap on the way home as it was a big day, but a great one.

The tour guides are lovely, and go to a great effort to ensure everyone is accommodated. However, it felt like we had a different schedule advertised to what the guide had. We only had 40 minutes to walk the skywalk, and for the waterfall. Which was enough time to complete the walk but would have been nice to spend more time for photography. We never saw the distillery which was described as the last stop. Still a lovely day, but not quite what we expected.

Very disappointing tour. Our guide Andy was nice and tried his best through the company’s sad excuse for tours but it was an absolute disorganized mess. We got to a winery even though that wasn’t the tour we signed up for and they could not figure out which guide had which tour and we wasted so much time with them all over the place not knowing what people were doing what tour and what was going on. We hardly got time to even see the things we actually paid a lot of money to see. Plans literally kept changing on where we were going constantly so we just sat on the bus while they went back and forth instead of spending time seeing what we paid to see. They advertised “flexible schedule so you get more time to see what you want” and that’s absolutely not true. One minute we were told we got over an hour at the gallery the next we suddenly get taken to garden for only 30 min. We did not even get an hour at any spot and some only 20-30 min. The whole day was rushed and all over the place. Waste of money and absolutely unorganized - only good part is Tamborine is very pretty to see and our guide Andy he was very nice and at least tried his best. This company is so disorganized and has all these your options to add to tours and different tour options then they throw all those different tours on the same bus with no actual plan. Don’t wast your money. Hoping we can get at least a partial refund for this mess.

Our driver and guide, Michelle, was extremely friendly and accommodating, so that everyone in the bus was able to visit the stops they wanted to. I was traveling solo but met other women who were as well - and by the end of the day, it felt like traveling with friends. The day was really fun and easy - trying wines, shopping, and enjoying a beautiful sunset view from the mountain!
