Soba and tempura are not only delicious on their own, but when eaten together, they create a synergistic effect, providing an even more enjoyable dining experience.

Tempura is a dish made by coating vegetables and seafood with batter and frying them, and the crispy texture of the batter and the flavour of the ingredients are an exquisite match. Typical ingredients include shrimp, aubergine, seasonal vegetables, and local ingredients.
