Activity itinerary

After introducing each other you will be given a white apron and be assigned to a working station. Let's start! First of all, you will prepare the original Bolognese sauce following the original Italian recipe: you will peel and chop the vegetables, season the mincemeat, prepare the tomato sauce, and more. While the sauce is simmering in the frying-pan you will start "getting dirty" and make the dough with flours and eggs. Once the pasta is ready we will stretch and cut it so as to create our Lasagne (sheets of pasta). At this point, we will start creating our Lasagne layer by layer and we will cook it. In the end we will sit together and eat our delicious Lasagne. Along with the experience you will be offered wine and drinks so that you won't be thirsty. At the end of the course, you will receive a file containing all the instructions to prepare Lasagne back home with family and friends.
