What you can expect

Experience Margaret River’s great outdoors while tasting some of the region’s best wines and meeting the people who make them on a tour hosted by award winning local guide - Sean Blocksidge.

This is the 'tour for people who don't do tours!”

Rated as the best wine adventure tour in Australia. Includes canoeing, hiking, 4x4 adventure and very special behind the scenes winery and lunch experience.

Start the day with a canoe ride down a tranquil section of the Margaret River (you won't get wet or dirty). Then, head to the beach to see how winemakers relax – with a cup of coffee. Continue to an ancient waterhole/waterfall to spot freshwater marron. Taste local honey while reflecting on the area's Aboriginal history dating back more than 50,000 years.

Next, stop for lunch at Fraser Gallop Estate. Get exclusive access to the vineyard and savour some of the best wines of the region paired with local produce while seated among barrels of ageing wine.

Finish your day with a 4x4 adventure and a short guided walk on a section of the Cape to Cape Walk Track to admire the spectacular Wilyabrup Cliffs. With special government approval, ride on a 4x4 track that offers stunning cliff-top views.

Keep an eye out for dolphins, sharks, whales, kangaroos, eagles, and wildflowers (seasonal). Soak in the epic scenery and fresh breeze from the Indian Ocean before starting the return journey.

We had the best day with Sean and the rest of the group! The canoeing was very manageable and so serene. The coffee stop was scenic. The vineyard was such a unique treat we were lucky to experience. The cliff walk was also very doable and the views just incredible. A 10/10 day all around, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great day out in the Margaret river region .First we took a canoe trip on the river then after morning coffee we headed to a winery where we had a tour and a delicious charcuterie board lunch before sampling the wines .We then headed to the coast and took a short and stunning walk along a section of the Cape to Cape track . All in all a great day and thoroughly recommended

A great balance of activities with a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Despite having been to Margaret River many times over the last 30 years, we were able to access places we have not been able to on our own. A fantastic tour for overseas and local visitors.
