The Everglades were great and I enjoyed the harbour cruise but the bus was a lot of driving with not a whole lot to see and only 9 stops.

Service not good enough. Had to move to another room cause AC wasn’t working in my first room., Had to update card keys cause they only working. Fruits are not fresh. Room is clean & quiet.

The bus was overpacked, there was no air conditioning in the low level, so we could barely breath with so many people there, and there was no space upstairs. The wait was longer than 30 minutes. We ended up getting an Uber in the end because there was no space for us to return to our initial destination. I would suggest them to limit the number of tickets or add more buses to serve the tourists. I felt bad for the driver who was dealing with that heat all day long.

I always get this tour the first day l arrive at any city. First take the full loop then hop off wherever you wish during the next loop. Great way to see all the attractions that first day. This trip was to Miami. Great tour

This event was horrible! You are suppose to hop and off of this bus BUT that impossible, the buses were always full my elder mother was push and almost fell on these crowed buses. Driver are not communicative! All the stops are so far away from Each other, I wouldn’t recommend this event to anyone!
