Overview

In an old farmhouse in the hills of Sorrento, you will meet a skilled cheesemaker, Nonna Luisa, who will guide you through an authentic experience of making typical Italian mozzarella and give you a short tour of the farm. Next, you will meet Martina, who will reveal the secrets of traditional Sorrentine cuisine. We will prepare a mozzarella starter, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert, based on the products available on the farm. Finally, you will taste these dishes on a terrace overlooking the Gulf of our beloved Sorrento.

Meeting point We will meet at Via Atigliana, 27 B, 80067 - Sorrento (Palazzetto dello Sport) 15 minutes before the start of the class and walk to the facility together. Mozzarella experience After washing our hands, you will learn the art of turning milk into warm, delicious mozzarella. Cooking class We will now immerse ourselves in the culinary world of Sorrento, cooking an starter with previously prepared mozzarella, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert. Lunch Once the cooking class is over, you will enjoy your creations on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Return At the end of lunch, you will be escorted back to the meeting point.
