We had a great day! The Big Bus employee made it very easy to swap out our voucher for our tickets at the first stop. One hint! Grab your earbuds that are in the basket by the door when you get on at your first stop. We missed this and we were trying to figure out where everyone got their earbuds. It was the perfect way to see NYC and get a feel for the City.

As a solo traveler who was unsure about using the NYC subway, this is a great way to get around the city! When you’re ready to get back on after hopping off, just go back to where they dropped you off. The commentary on the audio guide is a bit cheesy, but it’s fun! Highly recommend!

I need to get my money back on my bud tour 😫 we got there on NYC during a Union strike. None of the buses would stop couldnt find the exact locations of bus stops. No one and i mean woukd help me and me HORRIBLE! PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I work really hard at Walmartt in Indianapolis, In. Thank you i do love using your company and App.

Driver spent too much time jockeying for tips which slowed trip down to where I had to get off bus and run from West Side Highway to Grand Central Station for my next activity. Also, no matter how many times I turned volume down the volume kept going up and blasting in my ears. Ended up having to hold ear bud away from my ear
