I bought this, and when i tried to connect to play and look around Frankfurt, it wouldn't work. Tried contacting support, they were helpful, but the game still said it had been used. Wasted my money and gave up trying

This was such a fun tour/exploration game! It took us all over old city, and we loved solving the little puzzles along the way. Actually, we loved it so much we booked a second one in a different city for later in our vacation. I was concerned that the tour would be very easy or cheesy, but it wasn’t like that at all. You had to go to the places to figure out the answers, so it could entertain a group of adults or a family with young kids all the same.
