You'll try an array of Maine oysters from three different bodies of water, with unique pairings and accoutrements. We’ll discuss how both the oysters are grown, the influences on their flavour, Maine's ecology and lifestyle practices, and stories from coast. Our experience is backed by training and education from the Oyster Master Guild, a certification programme and global network of skilled oyster shuckers, sommeliers, educators, and experts.
