What you can expect

Starting from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, you’ll be comfortably transported to Taba in a state-of-the-art air-conditioned vehicle. The journey takes approximately three and a half hours, with a stop if needed to rest.

Upon arrival at Taba, our team will assist you in boarding a boat to Aqaba. From there, you’ll be whisked away to Petra for an immersive full-day exploration. Petra, the city of the Nabataeans, is a marvel of ancient architecture, all intricately carved into the mountains. You’ll ride on horseback to the Siq, a natural canyon stretching 1.2 km, adorned with stunning carvings of statues, idols, and niches.

As you traverse the city, you’ll encounter the treasury, a structure that has stood for over 2000 years. Your journey continues along the facades street, leading you to the Roman theatre, royal tombs, the Roman colonnaded street, and Qasr al-bent.

A delicious lunch awaits you amidst these historical wonders. After your meal, we’ll escort you back to Aqaba port for your cruise back to Taba. Finally, you’ll be driven back to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, concluding your day of exploration.

Note: In case of an urgent cancellation on the part of the ferry, or booking on other days out of the schedule, you will be transferred through Taba borders to Arava Borders to cross to the Jordanian side.
