As always, tours and food are great. The only problems we ever have using this service, is the app because customer service dont respond for 2 - 3 hours sometimes in chat and we asked about boarding 9am and they replied after lunch that day asking if someone had collected us. :) bit late 3 hours later really... chat service should be for instant response in resolving problems.

Had such an amazing time - the water was the clearest I have ever seen which was perfect for snorkelling and seeing the turtles and starfish. Our guides were really friendly and made the trip so much fun - also offered to free dive to take a video of the turtle we saw on my phone and the footage was amazing!! Lunch was also delicious. Would highly recommend this trip as a must do while in Port Barton!

The main problem with this trip, is not the trip itself, but rather the agency who organise it. we were asking where we would be picked up and response time is 30mins minimum from experience. we were at our beach front cafe and originally told a van would collect us, however the boat pickup point was the building next to us? so if we got in a van, we would have got out after about 2 seconds to destination lol why weren't we told the boat would be right where we're staying? in other trips with getyourguide, you normally stop at a shop to rent seaslippers. we had no stops to rent them on this trip, and do shallow walking to see starfish over rocks... painful and no indication that you need to prepare purchase sea slippers. We kept the environmental fee we got from puerto princesca from another trip, and asked getyourguide customer support if we can use it for this trip? they responded, yes if you have kept your receipt. on arrival they said we cannot use it as THATs different area

The tour was excellent. I was picked up at location as scheduled. We started at star fish searching, wasn’t lucky so moved to another island for lunch which was exceptional considering to location, and food was provided. After relax on the beach, went to snorkeling. Saw a big turtle swam passed. Awesome. The final stop was an island for relaxing before heading back.

I recently went on an island hopping tour in Port Barton, Palawan, and it was an amazing experience! The tour was well-organized, and the guides were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made the trip enjoyable, and the islands were beautiful, perfect for snorkeling. However, I was disappointed with the transportation to the meeting point. It was supposed to be included in the price, but we were unexpectedly charged an additional 50 pesos. While it's not a huge amount, it was frustrating as not all tourists may have cash on hand, and it could cause problems for those who aren’t prepared for the fee. It would be great if the transportation cost were clarified and fully included in the tour price. Overall, the tour was fantastic, and I’d still recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Palawan!
