What many visitors don’t realise is that Prague isn’t just Prague 1 – we have 22 districts, each with its own soul and secrets. Our favourite Prague 7, is even nicknamed “Little Kreuzberg”. The Guardian ranked Prague 7 as one of Europe’s 10 coolest areas, and it’s easy to see why. On this tour, we’ll take you right into its heart. This side of the city is full of street art and graffiti, underground clubs, hipster cafés, community-run spaces in old factories, art galleries, and LGBTQ+ friendly spots.

And who are “we”? We are artists ourselves – street artists, musicians, filmmakers, designers… passionate people who love to share the places, stories, and subcultures that inspire us and where we actually go and have fun. We don’t follow scripts. We share what we live. Our Alternative Tour is super visual – colourful walls, gritty corners, creative architecture and local life. We all grew up in Prague and know what’s going on. We can give you tips on where to eat without paying tourist prices – whether you’re looking for svíčková, vegetarian food, or where to shop for a vintage bag.

We’ll start by sharing a bit about recent Czech history – so you can better understand the art you’ll see along the way, which is often political. We’ll also show you a 120-year-old mural. Then we hop on a tram and head to Prague 7 – and you’ll feel the difference right away. You’ll see locals walking their dogs (we love dogs!), people doing everyday stuff – and barely any tourists. We’ll tell you about religion in the Czech Republic (spoiler: we’re one of the most atheist countries in the world), then explore a hidden skatepark covered in graffiti and discover some truly unique street art installations. Next, we’ll head to the former slaughterhouse complex – now home to galleries, repair cafés, experimental theatre, art studios. From there, we’ll move to a once-hipster factory space with exhibitions, a nice café, local fashion, murals, and even a small gin distillery. We’ll walk through the area, see more murals, admire the architecture, and share some fun local stories. We’ll end the tour at a super original underground venue made out of old bus parts – it’s one of Prague’s most famous techno and art space. And if you’re up for it, we can grab a beer or two and share more local tips with you at their beer garden. Every tour is unique – we adapt it to the people who join us. The best part? Our tour attracts creative and chill people of all ages from all over the world. Everyone brings their own vibe, stories, and energy – and that makes each tour different, inspiring, and always fun.
